Local business owners who are ready to grow their business!
We want business owners, who are ready to take the leap, learn some new skills and have a go at implementing them.

Reset, Adapt & Grow has been developed because during COVID-19 many local business owners realised they needed to improve how they do business online, but didn’t know where to start! Business owners have struggled to identify the steps they need to take, the options available to them, and the skills they need, to build a successful online strategy.

*Businesses must be operating within the Shire of Mundaring.
What will you get?
3 Months of support

3 Modules of content
Each Module is lead by a local specialist and will include:
- ONE two hour in-person workshop
- ONE 45 min 1-on-1 coaching session
- ONE 90 min online group coaching session
Across the whole program, each participant will receive:

All workshops will be held within the Shire of Mundaring,
and all online sessions will be hosted through Zoom
(don't worry, we'll give you all you need to know to join us for these sessions!).
What will the program cover?
We will support you with:
12 month goals
Create clear 12 month goals, and learn how to use this process to update your goals in the future
90 day plans
Guide you to develop 90-day action plans, focusing on creating plans that are bite-sized and achievable
Confidence
Build your confidence to adapt and innovate with simple practical strategies
Branding
Learn how to develop a successful branding strategy
Websites
Learn how to create a great looking, functional website without the need for specialised skills
Social Media
Learn how to use social media to grow your business growth through your online presence
Content
Learn how to create social media content and build practical skills to implement your social media strategy
How will the program work?
2 hour Face-to-face Workshop for each Module
Designed to give you key knowledge and skills required in a small group workshop (maximum of 12 people)

45 minute 1-on-1 Coaching Session for each Module
Designed to address your own specific challenges for your business in relation to each Module

90 minute Online Group Coaching Session for each Module
Designed to encourage accountability, and build stronger networks and connections within the local community

Morgan is an experienced small business coach and facilitator. With over 30+ years experience across a broad range of corporate & small business roles. Morgan specialises in supporting businesses to grow through her signature program Your Growth Your Way, a combination of personal and business growth, tailored to suit each individual clients specific needs. Her business Unlocking U, works with clients virtually and face to face with one-on-one coaching and workshops being held in the Perth hills and Swan region.

Building Your Brand & Website
Hosted by Belynda Alves | Graphics Overflow

Belynda has been helping businesses since 2006 with their graphic design, web design, and print management projects. With over 15 years experience in her field of expertise, she has grown her company to support businesses across a large range of industries including education, health, transport, retail, manufacturing, mining, and community services.
​
Knowing how website design, management, and maintenance can appear overwhelming to business owners, Belynda has been able to help them to succeed in creating simple and effective websites that they can easily manage, update, and maintain without the need for specialised programming skills.
MODULE 3
Harnessing Social Media
Hosted by Karen Mummery | B Social Perth

Qualified with a BSc (Hons) in Tourism Management, Karen’s employment history includes working in both public and private sectors in the disciplines of human resources, marketing, public relations, communications and event management. Through her roles at Mundaring Visitor Centre and Mundaring Chamber of Commerce, Karen has established networks with small business owners throughout Perth Hills.

Karen’s business, B Social Perth, focuses on social media management and consulting. It offers social media solutions to small & medium businesses, predominantly in the Perth Hills and specialises in (but is not limited to) the tourism and hospitality industries. It was started through the realisation that there are many small business owners in these industries who do not have the time or expertise to fully utilise the power of social media for reaching and connecting with their online community.
We would like to thank the Shire of Mundaring for their amazing support through the COVID-19 Relief and Recovery Fund. Being awarded the Rebuild Grant has allowed us to be able to develop this program and deliver it to our valued business community within the Shire of Mundaring.
